WAZUGNL 26: BRAIN FORCE (Veenendaal)

Maandag 11 mei 2015 was er weer een bijeenkomst van de Nederlandse Microsoft Azure User Group. Dit keer was BRAIN FORCE (onderdeel van Cegeka) zo vriendelijk om de locatie in Veenendaal te sponsoren. Dit even had een interessante ‘klantcase’ en een technologie update op het programma staan die aantoenden waar de grote kracht van Microsoft Azure ligt!

A distributed solution infrastructure to support region specific needs and preferences to drive business opportunities. To support its eagerness for better customer support and identification of new opportunities a new Sales platform, based on Microsoft CRM Online, has been build and deployed across multiple countries. Microsoft Azure was chosen as an ideal integration platform in meeting the demand of such global Sales solution. During the presentation we will showcase the solution and how this Company is able to synchronize all the customer Master Data needed, to help their clients to reach their full potential. You will see how you can combine multiple out-of-the box functionalities of Azure platform, into a comprehensive and versatile Integration solution that is global, but easy to manage, with minimal development and operations costs, quick to reconfigure and to redeploy, has full message persistence, and above all resilient to high demand. Alex Murov is a consultant at Avanade, specializing in Custom Application development with focus on Cloud and in particular Cloud Integration solutions.

19:40u–20:40u Sessie 2: Sander van de Velde (ATOS) - Microsoft Azure en (Mobile) Apps

Met de recente aankondigingen rond de nieuwe PaaS oplossing genaamd App Service, biedt Microsoft inmiddels een tweede mBaaS platform aan. Deze nieuwe Mobile Backend as a Platform belofte combineert Web Apps, Mobile apps, API apps en Logic Apps tot één geïntegreerd platform. Tijdens de sessie worden deze vier diensten nader bekeken en zal stil gestaan worden bij de migratie richting dit platform. Sander van de Velde is sinds 1993 actief als consultant in de IT sector. Sander is graag bezig met software en innovaties en probeert die een plaats te geven in zijn dagelijkse werk bij Atos TS. hij combineert graag Azure Mobile Services, Xamarin, Universal Apps en Microsoft Azure in het algemeen.
